The forms let you prepare a request for a stay, an excursion or a table. You review your request before choosing how to send it. Your draft stays on the page and is cleared when the page reloads.
WhatsApp and email
The email button sends your request to our team through the website server and Hostinger email service, using a SINESI sender address. Your name, email, dates and comments are used to handle your request and reply to you. The website does not create a customer record in a database; submitted messages are retained in the team’s mailbox.
The WhatsApp link opens a prepared message that you choose to send. WhatsApp applies its own privacy rules. Temporary technical checks limit abusive and duplicate submissions. To request deletion of a submitted message, contact us at the address below.
Photos, fonts and external services
Cloudflare Turnstile protects form submissions against bots. This service processes technical data, including your IP address and browser information, to check the request before it is sent. Our server does not send your contact details or the content of your request to its validation service.
Photos and fonts are hosted with this website. Google Analytics measures visits and page views. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand navigation through click maps and session recordings. These services may process technical information about your browser, device and browsing activity, and use cookies according to their settings. Collection is paused while enquiry forms are open; their content is also masked in Clarity. Links to maps, reviews and contact services open when you choose them. The hosting and delivery providers may process technical data needed to operate the website.
