01Where is Dar Marhaba?
Our home is in Ksar Hassi Labied, Merzouga, at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes. The directions link at the bottom of the page will help you plan your arrival.

Yes, breakfast is included with the rooms shown. The riad offers Moroccan pancakes, bread, eggs, yoghurt, coffee, tea and orange juice, among other items.
03Can we come as a family?
Yes. Triple and family rooms let you travel together. Include the number of travellers and children’s ages in your enquiry so we can find the right arrangement for you.
04Is there a pool, Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes, the riad has a pool, Wi-Fi and free private parking. Rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom.
05Can we book a night in the desert?
Yes. Choose one night, a full day and one night, or two nights with a full day. Each option includes a private tent with a private bathroom and shower. Full itineraries are on our experience pages.
06How can we arrange a quad or 4 × 4 trip?
Choose an experience and send us your enquiry. We’ll provide availability, the route, duration, participation conditions and price before confirmation.
07Can we have lunch and dinner at the riad?
The restaurant serves lunch and dinner indoors or on the terrace facing the dunes. Let us know so we can arrange your table. We’ll share the day’s menu and prices when we speak.
08Do you offer vegetarian meals?
The restaurant can accommodate specific dietary needs, including vegetarian preferences. Tell us your preferences and any allergies in advance so the team can confirm the options.
09How do we book and find out the prices?
Prepare your request on the website, then send it by WhatsApp or email. Our family will reply with availability and pricing. Your stay is confirmed after this conversation.
10What are the arrival times and cancellation conditions?
Tell us your expected arrival time. Check-in times, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions will be provided with your stay proposal.
11How long is the camel ride?
The first ride takes around an hour, before stopping for sunset. We then continue by camel to camp.
12Are the tent and bathroom private?
Yes. Your jaima tent is private and has its own bathroom and shower. You can settle in and shower before dinner.
13How does this differ from the one-night stay?
You leave in the morning, around 10:30 am, for a full day with an oasis, a tall dune and lunch, before the evening and night at camp. The one-night option starts in the afternoon.
14Are flamingos always there?
No. The presence of flamingos and other birds depends on the season and lake conditions. The excursion also explores the region’s landscapes, oases and culture.
15Are lunch and drinks included in the price?
Lunch and a tea break are planned in the itinerary. We’ll specify the included services and price in your proposal, before any confirmation.
